My screen goes blank when I launch my course – what should I do?

Our eLearning courses use technologies such as Flash and JavaScript. Please ensure that:

You are running the latest version of your browser – we recommend Google Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer.

To ensure that you can run all of our courses your browser must be configured to allow both Flash AND JavaScript.

To allow Flash

Your browser must have the free Adobe Flash Player installed and it must be set to “Allow Flash” to run – instructions here

To allow Java

You must tell your browser to let Java run – instructions here
