Course Content

The Train the Trainer program consists of the following five courses:

1. Introduction to Workplace Training

2. Analyzing Training Needs

3. Developing Training

4. Facilitating Training

5. Assessing Competence

Each course includes an integrated online assessment. Candidates must successfully complete each assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion.
