Responsible Retailing of Alcohol

Overview

Retailers and category brand owners from across the globe came together in 2015 to create a voluntary Code of Conduct for the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Products in Duty Free & Travel Retail.

The industry specific Code of Conduct addresses the unique nature of alcohol sales in the highly regulated Duty Free and Travel Retail (DF & TR) channel.

The Responsible Retailing of Alcohol course equips learners with a strong understanding of responsible retailing as outlined in the Code.

It provides strategies for managing challenging situations to ensure positive outcomes, allowing learners to put the principles of the Code into practice while also improving their customer service skills.
